It can produce cylindrical screens, inner arc screens, outer arc screens, ring screens, streamer screens, spherical screens, and dome screens. Other shaped screens can be realized through customized modules, including bowl-shaped screens, letter screens and other shapes.

Flexible PCB board
Flexible LED modules use soft PCB boards as substrates. This flexible design allows the LED module to adapt to various curved surface shapes, thereby achieving a high degree of customization and flexibility. Whether it is a curve, arc or other complex shape, it can be easily realized.
Multi-layer board design
The multi-layer board design increases the stability and reliability of the module. This design allows for more circuit components and connections, provides better circuit layout and thermal management, and ensures module performance stability.

Environmentally friendly materials
Flexible LED modules usually use environmentally friendly materials that comply with international environmental standards and help reduce negative impacts on the environment.
Standard size soft module, size is 320X160mm, 240x120mm. Special shapes can be customized into circular, fan-shaped and other different shapes and sizes.
The module has a thin and light design, the thickness of the regular wide module is 8.6mm, and the thickness of the thin and light module is 5.1mm.
Indoor modules have different point spacings of 0.9mm-4mm, the minimum point spacing of SMD is 0.9mm, and the classic models are 1.25mm, 1.56mm, and 1.86mm.
The module performance is stable and reliable. Low current, low heat, high contrast ratio over 5000:1, refresh rate 1920-3840Hz, 14-18bit gray scale, viewing angle up to 160°.
The module is installed with strong magnetic adsorption and can be finely adjusted. The magnetic content of a single module reaches 2000 GS, which solves the problems of degumming and warping of ordinary modules, and the screen body has good flatness.
The PCB board uses copper pillar welding and adhesive backing to form a lockable base with the bottom case, making the module more solid and reliable.
The cabinet structure adopts a high-strength sheet metal sandblasted iron cabinet, with a unique segmented splicing process, which effectively reduces the screen splicing gaps.
